The location of the hotel was ideal, close to a waterpark. It's close enough to Springfield, Illinois, several area restaurants, stores, and other services and all the attractions. The king room was huge, had central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The breakfasts were satisfactory with nuts, muffins, and chips. The staff were amicable, did not rush us.

The location is peaceful, and the staff is very very helpful. Easy access to Capital airport, within 12 miles.

The room was all kept very clean and available with easy access to elevators. The location offered was great close enough to restaurants and attractions in the center of town, shopping center and sightseeing. Our weekend was very comfortable, would stay here again.

This place is located in a peaceful area with shopping centers and fairgrounds close by 🛍️. It's also just 12 miles away from the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The room I booked had a really good shower, which was a nice bonus for a comfortable stay.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous and accommodating. They had our room ready even though we arrived a little early. When we had a heating issue, reception quickly got maintenance who fixed it promptly. The hotel facilities, including the breakfast area and pool, were well-maintained. Lano, a staff member in the pool area, was particularly kind and helpful.
